Thirty-two academics, intellectuals, and political leaders formed the international contingent organized by Global Learning for the Sixteenth International Conference on “New Political Science,” which was held at the University of Havana from November 20 to November 22, 2013. They represented the United States (16 participants), Germany (2), France (2), Finland (2), United Kingdom (2), Slovakia (2), El Salvador (2), India (1), the Philippines (1), Greece (1), and Brazil (1).
